AAPM is pleased to announce that the AAPM35 call for late-breaking scientific poster abstracts is now open.
Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues attending the AAPM 35th Annual Meeting & Preconferences March 6-10 by submitting any significant and recently concluded research abstracts for possible presentation in Denver.
Eligibility requirements include:
The research is limited to highly significant and timely research abstracts that were not available by the September 11, 2018 AAPM 35th Annual Meeting abstract submission deadline.
Only abstracts that are deemed to be of high scientific priority and which merit presentation will be considered as part of the Late-Breaking Abstract category.
Late-Breaking Abstracts cannot be a revision of an abstract submitted during the original AAPM 35th Annual Meeting abstract submission process.
Late-Breaking Abstracts must not have been submitted, presented, accepted for presentation or published in any other scientific venue.
Guidelines for Late-Breaking Abstract Submissions
Authors may submit only one Late-Breaking Abstract.
An abstract may only be submitted to the AAPM 35th Annual Meeting once. Duplicate abstracts (reporting the same data) that are submitted under a different author will not be considered.
Late-Breaking abstracts will be published exactly as they are submitted, with no exceptions. Proofread your abstract before it is submitted to avoid errors.
Late-Breaking Abstract Publication
Late-Breaking abstracts will be published in Pain Medicine, the official journal of AAPM. Late-breaking abstracts will publish online in Advance Access on approximately February 18, 2019 and subsequently in the April 2019 issue (Volume 20, Issue 4).
The late-breaking abstract submission deadline is January 21, 2019, 11:59 pm CT.
