Make the Most of the AAPM35 Mobile App

The AAPM35 mobile app is your guide to all of the education and networking activities taking place this week in Denver.

Search AAPM 2019 in the App Store or Google Play to access the AAPM35 mobile app.

The app allows you to browse sessions, build your personal schedule, learn about speakers, and connect with fellow attendees.

Here are some tips to help you make the most of the AAPM35 mobile app:

Build your schedule and take notes

You can navigate meeting educational sessions by browsing the schedule by tab. Sessions can be sorted by day, by track, and by event type. Once you are viewing a session, click on the note pad and calendar icons to either take session notes or add a session to your personal schedule.

Review AAPM35 scientific poster abstracts

Go to the app posters tab to view a listing of each of the more than 180 scientific poster abstracts that were accepted for presentation at the meeting. Learn more about AAPM35 scientific poster abstracts, including when you can meet with poster authors during poster presenter-attended sessions.

Complete session evaluations and access handouts

There are two ways you can access preconference and Annual Meeting evaluations and handouts:

  1. By visiting the attendee information page at painmed.org/denver.
  2. By accessing the Evaluations & Handouts tab of the AAPM35 mobile app.

Both will require that you are registered for the preconference and/or Annual Meeting in order to access evaluations and handouts. You must enter your AAPM username and password to login. Please visit the registration desk or contact AAPM at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.or 847-375-4731 (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm CT) for assistance with your username and password.

All speaker handouts that were provided to AAPM in advance of the meeting are shared in the app and on the attendee page. For any speakers who did not provide their slides in advance of the meeting, a handout will be posted at painmed.org/denver by March 15.

Completing meeting evaluations is an opportunity to provide your honest feedback about the sessions you are attending in Denver. Please note it is also required to complete session evaluations in order to claim CME/CE credit.

Learn about exhibitors and sponsors

The support of exhibitors and sponsors help make the AAPM Annual Meeting possible. Learn about each of these companies in the Exhibitors and Sponsors mobile app tabs.

The AAPM35 Resource Center is sold out and we have an excellent line-up of industry representatives at the meeting to speak with you about the latest technological and pharmacological advancements in pain medicine. Platinum, Silver, Bronze, Commercially Supported Symposia sponsors, and Corporate Relations Council members have all contributed to this meeting. Learn about them in the app and visit their booths in the Resource Center throughout the meeting.

Connect with fellow meeting attendees online and in-person

The Social and Networking tab of the mobile app helps you connect with fellow meeting registrants and presenters on social media and by using the attendee-to-attendee chat tool (Click Attendees to access this tool in the Social and Networking tab).

Follow along as meeting participants share their insights, photos, and highlights using the #AAPM35 on Facebook and Twitter. Link directly to your accounts through the mobile app to easily track all of the action and follow @AmerAcadPainMed and our AAPM Social Media Ambassadors to stay current.
