AAPM returns to the east coast for a 5-day educational and networking event, AAPM2020.

AAPM 2020 will take place February 26-March 1, 2020, in National Harbor, MD, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Four preconference courses will kick off the meeting on February 26 and 27, and the AAPM 36th Annual Meeting runs Thursday evening, February 27, through Sunday afternoon, March 1. View the full schedule.

Many AAPM members and meeting-goers may remember the last time the Academy brought its meeting out east in March 2015. That year we were overwhelmed by the support of our regional members and partners, and we're looking forward to garnering the same level of participation and enthusiasm in 2020.

The AAPM2020 weekend program was designed with local pain professionals in mind.

Full meeting or single-day registration options are available allowing attendees to design the meeting experience that best fits their schedule. The Program Committee made a special effort to pack the Saturday and Sunday educational session lineups with content pertinent to government employees, such as those working with and for the VA and/or DoD,. Highlights include:

National Harbor's convenient location - just south of Washington D.C. on the banks of the Potomac River - makes it easy to get to.

The area is serviced by both Reagan National Airport as well as Washington Dulles International Airport. Ground transportation options for those arriving by train or car are also available and convenient. Learn more about how to get to National Harbor.

The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center offers the perfect backdrop for the must-attend pain meeting of the year.

Attendees will experience the convenience of staying in a resort immediately adjacent to the Convention Center, where all meeting activities will take place. Plus the resort offers on-site amenities like award-winning restaurants, a full-service spa, and lush indoor gardens. Book rooms at the Gaylord National Resort.
