General Conference Information

AAPM35 will feature more than 30 hours of accredited CME pain medicine education and is the must-attend meeting of the year for all clinicians treating patients in pain. When planning your 2019 AAPM Annual Meeting experience, be sure to book your travel in time to participate in preconference sessions beginning on Wednesday morning, March 6. Meeting Location

AAPM35 will take place at the Denver Convention Center. AAPM has secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center, which is located directly across the street from the Convention Center. To obtain the special rate of $199 single/double occupancy, be sure to book early. This discounted rate expires Friday, February 1st, 2019 or when AAPM’s room block has been filled; after that time, availability will be limited and higher rates may apply.

All AAPM Annual Meeting & Preconference faculty and planners are required to disclose to program participants any relevant relationships, including financial interests or affiliations with a commercial company. Registration Rates & Deadlines

Secure the lowest rates when you register by the January 9, 2019 early-bird registration deadline. Advance registration is available until March 1, 2019. After the advance registration deadline, only in-person, on-site registration is available and rates increase. AAPM nonmembers, March 1 is also your last chance to capitalize and join-and-register pricing.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A $100 processing fee applies to all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting. Refunds will not be made on cancellations postmarked after January 31, 2019.
