**Individuals who are affiliated with a pharmaceutical company; device manufacturer; medical, healthcare education, or communications company; screening lab; or other AAPM sponsor or exhibitor are not eligible for join-and-register rates. Industry attendees must register at the Industry rate via phone, fax, or mail regardless of membership status.

***Students/Residents/Trainee Members interested in attending the Ultrasound-Guided Acute and Chronic Pain Medicine Interventions preconference may register at the Member rate. Registrations available at the discounted rate are currently sold out.

1-day and guest registration are also available.

Important Registration Dates

Register by January 9, 2019, to take advantage of early-bird pricing. Advance registration is available until March 1, 2019; after this date you must register onsite at the annual meeting and the rates will increase.

Here's how you can join-and-register:

  1. Add a membership near the end of registration on the ‘Registration Summary’ tab by clicking ‘Save to Cart and Become a Member’. Visit painmed.org/membercenter for more information about AAPM membership.
  2. Call AAPM Member Services at 847-375-4731.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be processed after the annual meeting. Refunds will not be made on cancellations postmarked after February 9, 2019.

If AAPM must cancel a meeting, registrants will receive a full credit or refund, minus a processing fee of $100.
