May L. Chin, MD George Washington University Medical Center

Dr. Chin is professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. She is co-director of the GW Spine and Pain Center and director of the pain medicine resident rotation and medical student clerkship at the George Washington University Medical Center and School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. Her current interests include innovative pharmacological approaches as well as interventional and neuromodulatory techniques for the management of chronic and neuropathic pain. Dr. Chin served on the American Society of Anesthesiologists’ Pain Medicine Committee and on the American Medical Association advisory board for the development of continuing medical education series on pain management.
